 What is the expected behavior when financialTxApprovalRequired is set to TRUE/FALSE?

SAP Succesfactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Versions

System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > Financial> financialTxApprovalRequired

When set to TRUE, the financial transactions will have to be approved by an administrator before the transactions can be extracted.

When set to FALSE, then when transactions are created they are automatically approved and therefore ready for pickup by the integration.

Additional Note:

Financial transaction search is different than the API that pulls financial transactions for Finance system integration.

For the commerce> Financial transactions, if you only want not approved transactions then you need to set the Approval Status filter.
