SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense

If you have used the Web Service based extraction of SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense data via the FI Add-On ODTFIOFB then regard the following:

Before you upgrade your ERP System that contains the FI Add-On ODTFIOFB to S/4 HANA you have to perform the following steps:

1. Copy all tables with names

ODTC_ER*, ODTD_ER*

To a customer namespace, in order to save the data and to avoid that the data gets lost.

There is a tool for this copy process. Please create report ZODT_COPY_ODTC_ODTD_ER_TABLES based on attached .txt files and follow the documentation in attached .pdf file.

In case of questions create a case under component LOD-TEM-CNV-EXT.

2. After your data has been saved deinstall the FI Add-On ODTFIOFB in order to be able to migrate to S/4 HANA.
