2827260 - Configuration steps for /sap/bc/contentserver service

This KBA instructions are exclusive for Content Repositories of Storage type "SAP System Database". That means, the Content Repository use only the SAP System Datase and not an External Content Server.

• When attempting to display a document from an application the message "Service /sap/bc/contentserver is not active - CMS203" is thrown.
• The error message "No User defined for service /sap/bc/contentserver - CMS200" may also be thrown.

PLEASE NOTE: message "Service /sap/bc/contentserver is not active" may not be thrown depending on the Display Settings chosen in OAG1.

If Use HTML Control is selected, the message will not be thrown, even if the sap/bc/contentserver service is inactive.
If Call Internet Browser is selected, the message will be thrown.
