2827784 - Error Message: No PDF Found and Output Service Processing Error When Previewing the Expense Report Reimbursement Details

You are receiving below error message when previewing the Expense Report reimbursement details.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Travel and Expenses work center.
2. Go to the Expense Reports view.
3. Show All Expense Reports and Search for Expense Report id:123(Here, 123 Represents expense report id).
4. Click on Edit tab.
5. Click on Preview -> Reimbursement Details.

Error Message:
No PDF found
Output Service processing error

The issue occurred because of the special characters '-,?' present in the Additional Remarks field of the Expense Report. Due to this the XML is not generated properly and thus PDF generation is getting failed.

You need to remove special characters in the Additional Remarks field of the Expense Report and save the expense report. Now you are able to preview the Expense Report reimbursement details.
