2827909 - CNMASS does not change Functional area

Symptom

Transaction CNMASS is used to enter a new value for field 'Functional Area' on multiple WBS elements.

Checking the result in CJ20N however shows that the changes were not made despite the log (in CNMASS)showing a success message.
