2827966 - Missing Address Data on Document Form Template Preview

During the preview or output document, you notice that the address information is not complete displayed as on the example below:

The expected result is the following:

• SAP Cloud for Customer
• SAP Business ByDesign.

The possible reason for this behavior is that one of the address field is hidden on this form template.

You can download the form template and check if the field presence is set to visible.

 

In case you are not able to see the row, you can select the below row to localize the fields on structure and then select the field as shown below:
