You want to get audit logs for Identity Provisioning Service.

SAP Cloud Platform Identity Provisioning Service
SAP Hana Cloud Platform Identity Provisioning Service
Resolution
- For standalone accounts, you have to create a Platform API OAuth client and obtain an access token, Check Using Platform APIs;
- For Bundle accounts, you have to generate Client ID and Client Secret in Identity Provisioning user interface, check Access Audit Logs (Bundles)
- Using Retention API and Retrieval API checking the audit logs.
