Symptom

  • Error: "Unable to locate BOE platform components. Install or reinstall BOE platform and retry." when logon the designer.
  • Error: "Logon failed to the specified system. Check system name, port number, user name, password, authentication method, and try again. Additional information: <Session: Unknown>."
  • The authentication drop down menu in Data Service (DS) Designer is grayed out and cannot be changed. The only option is Enterprise.
