2828626 - Web user interface hangs when validating the sidadm password from hdblcm

Symptom

When trying to launch our HDBLCM the <sid>adm & password is not accepting the same.
But when logging on to system using user id and password on linux, it works well.

There are permission error from sapstartsrv.log.
