2828680 - The "Advance Candidate" button is not working in disqualified statuses

When clicking the "Advance Candidate" button on a candidate in a disqualified status, you are getting the error message "Cannot save, status changes cannot apply to selected candidate(s)".

However, when you try to move the candidate to the disqualified status using the drag-and-drop status change functionality, it is moving the candidate correctly.
