2828716 - Released sales documents are blocked again by RVKRED06/RVKRED08/RVKRED09

Symptom

A sales order or a delivery that has been credit released, according to the credit status and changelog of the sales document, is re-checked by RVKRED06/RVKRED08/RVKRED09 reports. This credit re-check leads to the order/delivery to be credit blocked/approved again, instead of keeping the released status (VBUK-CMGST on ECC, VBAK/LIKP-CMGST on S/4HANA).

The user can notice this behavior when the credit re-check is executed as a background job and simultaneously or during an overlapping period there are sales documents released.
