2828816 - Benefit Auto Enrollment Job shows eligible users as ineligible

Benefit Auto Enrollment Job for pension benefit is not working correctly. Even though the users are eligible, when the job runs the users are shown as ineligible.

Run 'Benefit Auto Enrollment Job' for pension benefit and check if the users are shown as ineligible even when they are eligible.

This issue is caused if employee contribution and employer contribution are set in the same rule.

Rule in this field must be used to determine employer contribution or employee contribution only. Separate rule should be created for both Employer Contribution and Employee Contribution and assign it to Employer Contribution Rule under Employee Contribution Detail respectively.

Note: Kindly do not set any other fields(example 'Currency') apart from contribution amount/percentage in contribution rule.
