2828905 - Custom card Not Saving Video / Media

• When creating a custom card the embedded video / media is not saving. 
  
• When creating a custom card the embedded video / media is saving and after that when re-opening it no more shows up. 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Create a custom tile
2. Under the 'Content' section - insert/edit media
3. Add the source URL
4. Save tile 
5. Go to home page open the newly created custom tile 
6. Result - video is not saved and tile defaults to generic text

The following feature is enabled in provisioning "Enable filter for source code in Company Resources and Custom RTE Homepage Tiles".

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

Disable the following setting in Provisioning:

• Enable filter for source code in Company Resources and Custom RTE Homepage Tiles
• After disabling, edit the custom card again and re-embed the video or media URL.

Note: You will need to contact SAP Product Support or your implementation partner to disable this feature in Provisioning.

Important:

• Embedded videos added directly within the Popover Content area are not supported for security reasons. Such videos may be automatically removed when saving the card.
• To include video content safely, use one of the supported options instead:
  • Video File
  • iFrame

Follow the usage guidance available under the “?” help icon within the Custom Card editor.
