2829388 - Brainshark's "companyNotActiveErr" error when launching a course

The following error is being displayed when launching a Brainshark course in Learning User side:

• "<CompanyID> companyNotActiveErr Company not active for presentation <PresentationID>."

It was working previously, however, now this error is showing up for all users.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

This error message is coming from Brainshark and it's not an error message generated from Learning. Specifically, the error message means that the company ID referenced in the error is no longer active.
