Check Tool Result shows 10000 even after resolving 2000 records

If there are more than 10,000  errors in the system then "check tool" will display only first 10,000 results.

For example, if system has 15,000 errors and check tool result displays 10,000 issues, then even after fixing 2000 issues re-run of check tool will show 10,000 result. (without the already fixed issues)

It will be a mix of 8,000 old result + 2,000 new results.

There is a limit of 10,000 result display in every check tool sub-topic.

Check Tool Result limit for all the checks is 10000.

First fix the 10,000 records to be able to re-run and see new set of results.
