2829662 - A User has incorrect permissions for a Job Requisition.

A recruiter can see or edit a requisition field they do not have read or write permissions for.

The user is a member of an admin selected group added to a recruiting team.

Using Manage Recruiting Team Settings in the Admin Center Recruiting Groups can be added to Recruiting Teams. This will add all users in the recruiting group to the recruiting team. For example if I had the Recruiting group A that was added to the Hiring Manager Team, then every user in Group A would have Hiring Manager (G) permissions for that requisition. These users will not appear in ad hoc reports. To remove their permissions for the requisition, navigate to the requisition details page and click the Admin Selected group.
