Symptom

  • In Step 1 Managing System Preparation of Data Volume Management setup in the Solution Manager system Update Local DVM Content is failing with the following error in the logs:

    XX~xxx not configured
    System Range download Failed!

  • In the managed system the following error occurs when running the ST13 & the DVM_SETUP :

    XX~xxx not configured
    System Range download Failed!
