2829868 - Size of PANEL component not updating instantly when set by script

Symptom

When adjusting the size of a Panel by script in Lumira Designer, the PANEL does not adjust it self to the desired size, instead, it stays at the same size until something trigger its change, like a browser window resizing, then PANEL adjust it self to the correct value.
