2829869 - Could not find JDK tool keytool.exe: SAP Cloud Connector installation error

Symptom

Installation of the SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) fails with following error:

SccGetProductMajorVerrsion(): SAP Java VM will be loaded by SCC.
CheckJavaHome(): Could not find JDK tool keytool.exe.
Please make sure that a 64bit JDK 1.7 or 1.8 has been properly installed.
