2829991 - Error FF775 - "Company code & requires you to enter a tax jurisdiction code" is raised when releasing a Billing to accounting.

Symptom

In a domestic business scenario that has Tax jurisdiction active, the following message is raised when releasing the Billing document to accounting:

"Company code & requires you to enter a tax jurisdiction code" (FF775).

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
