2830056 - Canceled POS is not Included in Report: Sales Transaction Volume (Point-of-Sales)

You run the report  Sales Transaction Volume (Point-of-Sales) and found Canceled POS is not visible in this report.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Customer Invoicing work center.
2. Go to Reports view.
3. Open report  Sales Transaction Volume (Point-of-Sales) and click Apply to get the result.
4. You find the Canceled POS is not listed and hence the result is not correct for you.

Report Sales Transaction Volume (Point-of-Sales) is built on Data Source:CRMPOSTVB. This Data Source only contains POS with Released status.

To show all the POS transalctions, you can use report: Sales Transaction List (Point-of-Sale).

This is the correct system behavior.
