Resolution

In SAP Business ByDesign system you can purchase additional system with a single click, in order to purchase additional system, request you to follow the below steps:

  1. Login to the SAP Business ByDesign System.
  2. Go to Service Control Center work center.
  3. Click on Systems sub-view under Systems & Service Requests view.
  4. Click on Purchase Additional Systems button as shown below:

  5. Fill the template with the number of tenants you want and click on OK as shown below:

Once you raise a request of Purchasing Additional Systems, this request will go to concerned License Team and they will review the request and proceed accordingly to assign the new tenant to your Account.

Once you get the confirmation from the License Team about the Newly Purchased Tenant, you can go ahead and request the New Tenant by Clicking on the Request Creation button in the Systems view.
