2830381 - View Role Details Succession Org Chart: Brings Up Wrong Position

• When a user is selecting the "View Role Details" tool for positions on the V12 Succession Org Chart, the incorrect position mapped to the role on the job profile displays.
• The system should be returning the correct job profile for position associated to the role.

• The reason why the incorrect positions mapped to the role display when clicking "View Role Details" on the Succession Org Chart is because the job code of the positions are the same, thus loading only 1 job profile.
• In Succession the job profile is only located by job code, this is how integration between Succession and JDM is designed.

• To ensure the correct Job Profile displays for each position, different job codes must be configured to each them.
• These job codes must be associated with different roles then create a job profile for each role.
