2830416 - "Send to Next Step" button not visible on a pre-approved requisition.

Symptom

The "Send to Next Step" button is missing for the currently with user of a pre-approved requisition.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
  • SAP SucessFactors Performance Management

Cause

If the option "Disable Send button" is checked in Form Template Settings it means the Send to Next Step button is disabled.

Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Center > Form Template Settings
  2. Click on the template
  3. Un-Check the option "Disable Send button"
  4. Click on "Update Form Template"
  5. The Send to Next Step button should be available again.
