Symptom
You are implementing TCI NOTE 2576306 to enable the system for Download of Digitally Signed Notes
- the import of the TCI package by SPAM stops in Activation phase
- TCI NOTE 2576306 has been successfully implemented on DEV system, then transport it to the next system fails with return code 12
After this, many basic transactions(like SNOTE, SPAM, SE11 etc) are not usable with dump SYNTAX_ERROR .
Below are examples of dump SYNTAX_ERROR, the reported program could be "SAPLSPAM ", "SAPLSCWN", "SAPLSEQ0 ", "SAPLSEWB_CONTROL", "SCWN_ENTRY_TREE " etc, depending on the transaction triggered.
