Symptom

If "FP_NBIT_ENABLE_TOKENCOUNT_CHECK" option is set to "ON", the performance of "SELECT * INTO #Temp FROM A_Stored_Procedure" job is slower about 10 times than the performance with "FP_NBIT_ENABLE_TOKENCOUNT_CHECK" = "OFF"
