2830729 - Custom Object Token not showing value in Job Footer

Symptom

When A custom object has been made a token to be used in the Job Header and Footer the Token does not populate

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Cause

External Value of the Object value has not been maintained in Manage Data.

Resolution

  1. Go to admin center 
  2. Manage Data
  3. Search Object Name. 
  4. Select Value:
  5. Take Action - Make Correction
  6. Go to External Name
  7. Add a Value for the translation.  

Please note you will also be required to configure the token in both the Job Requisition template and under custom tokens in provisioning.
