2831105 - How to switch characters to upper or lower cases in e-mail addresses in the users menu in SAP Analytics Cloud?

Symptom

  • It is required to change cases to uppercase or lowercase characters in e-mail addresses, before setting up SAML SSO used e-mail address as a nameID.
  • In case of trying to switch letters to upper or lower case the following error appears:
    "<User ID> Failed to create/migrate user on Cloud ID tenant"
