Customer is creating a duplicate requisition containing a mandatory “multiattachment” field type .
Multiattachment field is not displaying any document previously attached in the original requisition and without validation the requisition can be sent to next approver without filling in a mandatory field.
Environment
SuccessFactors BizX - Recruiting Management(RCM) - All versions .
Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to instance username having access to create requisition.
2. Navigate to Recruiting from Home drop down Select any requisition ID which was created from a Blank Template and see the multiattachment field with label Position Description has a document attached
3. Now access requisition ID and the multiattachment field value / document file is not seen in the duplicate requisition created from Copy from existing requisition option using the reqID from step -2 .
4. Now access requisition ID and click on Send to Second Approver, without validation the page navigates to approval page as belo
Cause
Working as designed .
Resolution
Currently Multi-Attachment is not supported in Duplicate Job Requisition. Attachment fields are not copied during Duplicate Job Requisition.
Product Management team has taken up this Gap as an enhancement request for future release and its been worked upon .
