2831253 - Multiattachment field not populating or validating in duplicate requisitions - Recruiting Management

When duplicating or making a copy of a job requisition that includes a mandatory multiattachment field, the field does not display any documents that were attached to the original requisition. Additionally, there is no validation regarding the required field, allowing the requisition to be submitted to the next approver without filling in this mandatory field.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In the Recruiting Job Requisitions dashboard, select the option to "Duplicate Job Requisition" or click the "Create New Requisition" button, then choose "Copy Existing Job Requisition."
2. Verify that the multi-attachment required field for the new job requisition is empty, no documents are attached.
3. Proceed to approve the requisition. Note that the system permits you to send it to the next approver without validating the required field.

Working as designed.

Product Management has confirmed that this is working as designed. At present, there is no support for copying attachments in duplicated requisitions.
