2831398 - ICS - Error 404 when navigating to the internal career site, clicking view profile or applying to a job requisition - Recruiting

When navigating between BizX and new internal career site or clicking in "View Profile" on the new internal career site you receive an 404 page or the page does not load.

• Scenario 1:

1. Log into BizX
2. Navigate to career site
3. You will see error message, 404 page or the page does not load

• Scenario 2:

1. Log into BizX
2. Navigate to career site
3. Click "View Profile"
4. You will see error message, 404 page or the page does not load

• Scenario 3:

1. Log into BizX
2. Navigate to career site
3. Click "View Profile" or try to apply to a job requisition
4. The page reloads endlessly, and never passes from the authentication message

This problem is caused due to a misconfiguration in the RCM-RMK configuration in IAS console.

There are two main configuration that you will need to check to resolve this issue:

1. In order to ensure the configuration is correct, reimport the RMK and RCM metadata. If you want to check how to do this import, refer to the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Implementation Guide: Overview of Setting Up an Internal Career Site with Career Site Builder.
2. Still on IAS side, check the Subject Name Identifier from your RCM and RMK application configuration. This should be configured as "Login Name", and the values should match with the values in User Data File.
   Please make sure that both users (IAS login name and bizx username) are exactly the same, inluding lower/uppercase or the user will not be authenticated.
