2831542 - SAPGUI 7.60 is unable to find Logon Groups with space

Symptom

  • End users had SAPGUI 7.5 or SAPGUI 7.4 installed and all the different connections were working fine.
  • However, after upgrade to SAPGUI 7.6, some connections do not work. There is error message:  "Error in logon balancing routine (rc=82, err=7)"
  • This happens only when logon groups with spaces are used.
