2831659 - "Filter by Measure" is disabled for local calculation

 You have created local calculation/formula in Analysis Office with

• Excel formula function
• Analysis Office Toolbar -> Data Analysis -> Calculations

And then you found the "Filter by Measure" option is grayed out in Filter functions,

and there's no "Filter by Measure" option in context menu.

• Release independent

1. Create local calculation in Analysis Office
2. Check "Filter by Measure" option

This is system design.

The local calculation is based on the measure after the backend processing has been finished. While filtering by measure is carried out in the backend. Therefore 'Filter by Measure' is not available on this calculation at this stage.

As a workaround you can:

• Create the calculation/formula on query level

     or

• Use Excel filter function
