2831833 - How to change the translation for the Contact Information portlet/card?

There is a requirement to rename the "Contact Information" card/portlet displayed within the Personal Information section / Personal Data Category, but no obvious configuration option is available to modify this label.

1. Navigate to any employee’s profile.
2. Locate the Contact Information card/portlet.
3. Observe the title displayed as "Contact Information".

The "Contact Information" block includes Email and Phone information. As this is a grouped system element, it cannot be renamed via Manage Business Configuration, Configure People Profile, or Configure Latest People Profile tools.

Currently, the only supported way to change the label is by using the Manage Languages feature:

1. Navigate to Manage Languages.
2. Create a new custom translation or edit an existing one.
3. Search for the relevant message key:
   • PPX_Contact_Information (for Latest People Profile)
   • EMPFILE_HRIS_PORTLET_CONTACT_INFORMATION (for Legacy People Profile)
4. Enter the desired custom translation for the selected language.
5. Save your changes.

Note: The changes may take several hours to take effect. It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before retesting the service and validating that the updated translations are correctly reflected.
