2832123 - Error in server content refresh; The request was aborted: The request was canceled

When we run a server content refresh on topReport level, the system does not refresh all chapters but runs into an error, usually in one but sometimes even in more chapters. It is never the same chapter and error descriptions in BIPPROTOKOL file vary.

Server content refresh on chapter level and client refresh work fine for chapters

Timeout in config20.xml and web.config have been checked.
