2832335 - Document Center Employee Number Incorrect

Employee Number in Document Center shows the Temporary ID instead of the Permanant ID that is assigned after a candidate has been hired through MPH.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• "Use the same User ID for Pre-day 1 User and the Employee" option is not enabled in the system as Pre-Day 1 is not utilised.

1. Navigate to the Document Center in Onboarding.
2. Search for the newly hired candidate.
3. The Employee Number column shows the old Temporary ID and not the new Permanent ID that is assigned after they have been hired. 

• The Permanent ID will be assigned as the Employee Number in Document Center if the candidate is hired before their associated Onboarding Process reaches the SIGNED status. 
• The Temporary ID will be assigned as the Employee Number in Document Center if the candidate is hired after their associated Onboarding Process reaches the SIGNED status.
• Hired Before SIGNED = Permanent ID
• Hired After SIGNED = Temporary ID

It is not possible to modify the Employee Number in the Document Center as this value has been passed by the Onboarding system when the associated Onboarding Process reaches the SIGNED status.
