Temporary cached data can get invalid due to structure changes (typically exception CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR occurs). Moreover due to unexpected close of the apps it may happen that this cached data stays locked by the user. This makes it impossible for another user to work with that employee number. They see error message, that the employee locked is locked by another user.
