This article explains the Contact Candidate feature for Candidates submitted by an Agency.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

This feature is part of the Candidate Ownership feature. When this feature is enabled, you receive this pop up when trying to contact the candidate since this candidate was submitted by an agency.

Once you click on Contact Candidate in the Job Application from a candidate submitted by an agency, you will received a pop up showing 3 options of contact:

• Send to Agency
• Send to Candidate
• Send to both

Note:  In redesigned Applicant Management tool, the ability to contact the agency, agency-managed applicants, or both, has been provided. For selected applicants, you can now communicate with them using the Contact options from ... More option.
