2832525 - How to show a leave type in ESS WDA Leave request app or My Leave request app

Symptom

The below symptoms can occur, when employee use the app:

  • Can not see any leave request in the Overview of the application
  • Can not select any Leave type
  • Get an error "No absence types could be retrieved from the back end. Please check with your administrator."
  • Get an error "Customizing for employee <employee number> does not exist" (HRTIM_ABS_REQ 056)
