2832535 - SWPM Sybase database dbrefresh fails with sapsso 4002 login failed - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

During a system copy dbrefresh ASE specific method the error :

An error occurred while processing option SAP Business Suite 7i 2013
Support Release 2 > EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0 ABAP Support Release 2 > SAP
ASE > System Copy > Target System > Standard System > Based on AS ABAP
> Refresh or Move Database Instance(Last error reported by the step:
Assertion failed: Unable to finish the database content refresh. Refer
to trace file sapinst_dev.log for further information).

Having a look at the sapinst_dev.log and find following error message:


 (startInstallation)

Execution of the command "X:\sybase\SID\OCS-16_0\bin\isql.exe -e -w999
-Usapsso -SSID -X" finished with return code -1. Output:
Password:
Msg 4002, Level 14, State 1:
Server 'SID':
Login failed.
CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_connect(): protocol specific layer: external error: The attempt to
connect to the server failed.
