2832662 - Access denied, user has no permission to change RBP feature - Continuous Performance Management

When enabling Continuous Performance Management (CPM) under Admin Center > Performance Management Feature Settings, the administrator who is attempting to enable Continuous Performance Management receives the following error:

"Access denied, user has no permission to change RBP feature, user=******, company=******"

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. As an admin, navigate to Admin Center > Performance Management Feature Settings
2. Select "Enable Continuous Performance Management"
3. Click "Save"

The error "Access denied, user has no permission to change RBP feature, user=******, company=******" appears in a pop-up message, and CPM is not switched on.

The Admin user trying to enable CPM does not have the "Manage Role-based Permission Access" permission.

1. Find another Admin user in the system (one that was created via Provisioning) and proxy as this user;
2. Navigate to "Manage Role-Based Permission Access" and select "Add User";
3. Once the user has been added on this page, it will be possible to enable CPM without error.
