2832776 - Error - No interval for object /SCWM/DLNO

Symptom

Create Outbound Delivery or Posting Change function in SAP Extended Warehouse Management fails with error "Could not find the interval for number assignment (object /SCWM/DLNO)" (Message No. /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION403).
- The Outbound Delivery Order has been changed with Process Code O002 (Warehouse Difference, Adj. Doc. + Qty), or Delivery Split was performed on Item or HU level.
- There is no enough EWM stock so that the Posting Change has to be split.
