2832804 - Text maintaining subscreen is not shown in sales document processing transaction despite "Text in Overview" indicator in VOTXN

Symptom

According to SAP Note 862099 the user configured the relevant sales document type to show the header text maintaining subscreen in transaction VA01/VA02/VA03 or VA21/VA22/VA23 by setting the "Text in Overview" indicator in transaction VOTXN (under Sales document --> Header --> Text procedure assignment).

When opening/creating a quotation the text maintaining subscreen is not shown.
