2832870 - Inspection description / Long text for characteristic is not editable except the first line

• While recording results for an inspection lot - for example with transaction QE01 - characteristic has status '2  Processed', but the inspection description is not editable anymore except the first line.
• Characteristic long text cannot be changed anymore in the results recording. The characteristic is not completed yet, it should be possible to change the text.
