2833020 - Saving track on CMS fails with "SLD server exception: HTTP response code: 403 (Forbidden)"

Symptom

When saving a track on CMS, the following error is displayed:

SLD (URL ...) server exception: HTTP response code: 403 (Forbidden)

The following error is found in a security trace (SAP Note 1332726 - Troubleshooting Wizard):

Permission check failed | ACCESS.ERROR | USER.PRIVATE_DATASOURCE.un:<user> | | Application=[sap.com/com.sap.lcr*sld], Message=[The user does not have rights to access relative URL '/cimom' with HTTP method 'POST']
