2833032 - The Error Message "Invalid key field combination" is Triggered when Creating a New Customer Group Specific Price List

When you try to release a new Customer Group Specific Price List the error message "Invalid key field combination" is triggered and you cannot release.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Products work center.
2. Go to the Price Lists view.
3. Change the query to "Customer Group Specific Price List".
4. Click on New.
5. Enter mandatory fields such as the Name, Customer Group and Valid From/To.
6. For the field Distribution Channel from drop-down select Direct Sales /Indirect Sales.
7. Click on Release.
8. The error message "Invalid key field combination" is raised.

When creating a New Customer Group Specific Price List the following combination are supported :

1. Maintaining only the Customer Group.
2. Maintaining the Customer Group and Sales Organization ID.
3. Maintaining the Customer Group, Sales Organization ID and the Distribution Channel.

If you maintain the Customer Group and the Distribution Channel without the Sales Organization ID an error will occur.

Based on the above causes, you need to change your Customer Group Specific Price List as follow:

1. For the field Customer Group from drop-down select any option but do not maintain any Sales Organization and Distribution Channel.
2. For the field Customer Group from drop-down select any option and for field Sales Organization ID from value help select the value, but do not maintain a Distribution Channel.
3. For the field Customer Group from drop-down select any option, for field Sales Organization ID from value help select the value and also maintain a value for Distribution Channel field.

Then you should be able to release your Customer Group Specific Price List.
