2833095 - Dump when deleting or starting an investigation step of an incident

Symptom

You create a task for an existing EHSM Incident:

  • Once you click "Start Process" for that same task, you get a dump.
  • Once you click "Delete" for that same task, you will get a dump.

Short Dump:

500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: No access possible via the 'NULL' data reference (termination: RABAX_STATE)

When you check in transaction ST22 the dump header is the following:

Runtime Errors DATREF_NOT_ASSIGNED
