You want to determine the output channel for Contracts, but do not see any output selection records.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to Administration Work Center
- Then to Input and Output Management View
- Select Output Channel Selection Option
- For the Contract rules, we will not see any output channels for selection.
Resolution
The feature of Output Channel Selection for Contracts is currently not available as a part of product.The same holds good for Sales Order Rules as well.
