2833481 - Data replication failing with error 404 Not Found in SRT_UTIL - SuccessFactors Integrations

Data replication fails with 404 Not Found in SRT_UTIL when trying to estabilish communication between the ERP and CPI.

1. Replicate Employee and/or Organizational data;

2. Information is not reaching SuccessFactors nor the middleware;

3. SRT_UTIL transaction in the ERP shows error message 404 Not Found.

The 404 Not Found error message for the program getOrganisationalObjectReplicationQuery_Out, for example, may indicate the missing configuration of the iFlow in the middleware. Threfore, the information that is sent from the ERP to the middleware will not be able to find its path.

In order to solve this behavior, review SAP reference guides and make sure the iFlow and the WebService in the ERP are configured accordingly to avoid any issues with the communication between the ERP and the middleware.
