2833523 - Consent statement is not appearing in Identity Access "Privacy" tab after creating a new consent version

Symptom

After creating a new consent version in Customer Data Cloud (CDC) admin console > Consent Statements tab, all accounts with the old consent version show a blank Identity Access "Privacy" tab, but the response of accounts.getAccountInfo still shows the old consent version.
