2833553 - Weights are Missing on the Manage Suggested Roles Page

The configuration for weights is missing from the Manage Suggested Roles page, preventing the saving of changes.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Suggested Roles
2. Notice the configuration for weights is missing:

Weights missing in Manage Suggested Roles may be caused by empty values for the table suggested_roles_weight in database for your instance.

To correct this issue, it is necessary to engage Engineering Team to insert the missing values for the table in database by running a script.

1. Open an case with Cloud Support using component LOD-SF-CDP-ADM to confirm the configuration in your instance is correct for Suggested Roles
2. The Support Engineer will contact the Engineering Team to proceed with the script request, if confirmed necessary.
3. Be sure to provide evidence of the missing weights in Admin Center > Manage Suggested Roles, as well as written approval with target Company ID to run the script in database.
